KMST v.1.2.410 ~ More Skilll Changes

Things are heating up, in just a couple of hours we will figure out what this Justice business is but before they can spoil it, they have to throw in another patch.

This is all basically skill changes for thieves/pirates. Mostly skills’ MP changes.

New Feature! Increases your critical rate by 15% at max level.

Avoidability: -240 at max level -> -300 at max level.
Instead of adding ATT by points, adds 10% ATT at max level.
New Feature! Has a 60% chance at max level to stance.

Crew Commandoship
New Features! When a crew member is summoned, +30 ATT at max level. Murat & Valerie now add 10% Critical Rate at max level.

Captain Degrees Community
Max Level: 20 -> 30.
Now ignore what the skill used to do, now it throws a bomb or something. Bonuses now:
+70% mastery at max level.
+60% damage at max level (of the explosive or whatever).

  2. My main question is why in hell do we still have battleship nautilus…a skill that, as a buccaneer, I feel I definitely will NOT be using. And the 30 sec energy charge? Fun…

  3. No one in kms complain about no band of thieves for shad ? Rushing 4 mobs is kinda lame , and since when rushing is a proper mobbing skill o.o”.

  4. Nope not interesting.Buccs need transform.This is BS.Energy charge is also gone.Its for a measly 30 sec,2nd job improved a little bit but 4th job got worse…My ua bucc has been a waste,oh and a lvl 120 cygnus along with it.Plus the peridot hunting time.

    Now I am gonna be calling a yellow dude from nowhere to spam lasers all day long.What is this? I didn’t sign up for this.If I wanted loads of lasers I could have made a meck or cannon shooter.

  5. nexon did great taking away buccs greatest weapon making corsairs commanders of a ship they no longer have and giving assasins and bandits more than one attacking skill that does the same as the one they had no theives and pirates look more like reposts than revamps maybe the word check guy is on vacation
