KMST v.1.2.400 ~ Dojo Revamp!

I’m finally back home and what do you know? A new patch! It’s finally something interesting, Dojo revamp!

Kind of fits with the version number, it’s no longer v.1.2.3XX nor will it be v.1.2.13X when it’s released in KMS. Very similar to Capture the Flag, which was released on v.1.0 🙂

Anyway, let’s start talking about what changed!

Basically what happened to the monsters -> the whole order of the monsters in dojo was changed due to addition of new monsters and therefore the existing monsters were changed. Damage dealt by monsters was also reduced, and some monsters’ skills were removed (such as knock-back).

In addition, Mu Lung Dojo is for level 90+.

Alrighty so let’s go in-game right now!

First off, the original belts will no longer be available after September 22nd. You cannot get any more points, the point system was removed.

But that doesn’t matter! Why? Well:

New, awesome belts!

Yellow Belt – +6 All Stats, +2 Weapon/Magic ATT, +60 Weapon/Magic DEF, 3 slots. 50 Tokens.

Blue Belt – +8 All Stats, +3 Weapon/Magic ATT, +90 Weapon/Magic DEF, 3 slots. 100 Tokens.

Red Belt – +10 All Stats, +4 Weapon/Magic ATT, +120 Weapon/Magic DEF, +100 MaxHP/MaxMP, 3 slots. 200 Tokens.

Black Belt – +13 All Stats, +6 Weapon/Magic ATT, +180 Weapon/Magic DEF, +150 MaxHP/MaxMP, 4 slots. 250 Tokens.

They all come with hidden potential by the way… Oh and also they only last for a week… There are other rewards too, keep reading.

Now, what are those tokens?

Mu Lung Tokens, you need to get those. How? Well let me explain all the changes first.

There are four modes -> Easy, Normal, Difficult, and Ranking modes. Unfortunately, you’re only allowed to dojo 3 times a day, no matter which mode you choose.

The only difference between the modes is the monsters’ stats.

The clock only counts your elapsed time, only the green bar is the count down. There are also 40 floors instead of 32 in dojo right now.

Also, there’s a ranking system now in dojo. That’s only for people who decide to take on Ranking mode. This is its NPC:

It displays the top 50 people of Mu Lung Dojo. It’s available in Henesys, Mu Lung, and Mu Lung Dojo.

Right now it’s not functional, but the top 50 get rewards! They all expire after 1 day and cannot be extended.

^Top 1Hero’s Gloves: +30 All stats, +20 Weapon/Magic ATT, +250 Weapon/Magic DEF, +200 Accuracy/Avoidability.

^Top 2~10Mu Lung’s Gloves: +25 All stats, +15 Weapon/Magic ATT, +200 Weapon/Magic DEF.

^Top 11~50So Gong’s Gloves: +20 All stats, +10 Weapon/Magic ATT, +150 Weapon/Magic DEF.

The ranking is based on the who finished dojo the quickest. I really hope it gets reset every day or something >_>. Right now, though, it resets every week.

Every time you get to the last monster of a section (one map before the resting room map or whatever), the monster will be a ‘Boss‘ monster. What that means is that it’s exceptionally stronger than the others.

When you kill it, you get 3 tokens! That’s why there’s the 3 times a day restriction, so people don’t kill the weakest Boss (which is Zombie Mushmom) a billion times a day.

Also, the resting room maps have a new feature!

In the red it’s just the elapsed time, but I’m focusing on the first option. The first option enables you to get buffs!

You can get any buff you want but it sucks that they barely even last. The reason they did that is because monsters no longer drop buffs. That sucks 😦

Anyway, in conclusion they changed everything, all the monsters and stuff. I actually don’t like it, it’s really boring having to spend a whole minute to kill each monster.

It still needs a lot more improvements, you can tell because none of the monsters fit with the maps.

Aside from Dojo revamp, there are new events.

A new chain… I missed so many while I was gone so I guess I’ll just make another blog post about events.

    So if you do it with a party, does everyone get a coin after the boss monster is killed, or is it just gonna drop and whoever gets it gets it?

  2. Any News On GMS? Been waiting for updates for a while, so many are happening in KMS Feels like we’re being forgotten.

      • Well considering that we found out about Big Bang last summer and it came to Gms in that winter, and we found out about Legends this summer, we can conclude it’ll come this winter. Now, Jump! is before Legend, and if Gms is still trying to catch up to Kms, it can be expected to come around Autumn.

    • if we count the 6 month delay between GMS and KMS, technically since the first part hit KMS in march, it should come… in less than a month! (considering we’re 2 days away from september, which is 6 months ahead of march).

      but what i’m really hoping for is they do with Jump! what they did with Chaos, to lessen the time duration between them :S (anxious mage here!!)
